Standard Delivery
Our standard shipping rate is £6.99.
Due to increased demand of our products please order with the following time scales in mind.
Please allow up to 7 to 10Â working days for delivery of your order. We endeavour to get your parcel to you in less time than this but this allows for us to processes your order and any problems.
The REDPAW team works hard every day to get the highest quality products to your door as quickly as possible. Our average shipping time can vary from seven to ten business days due to the high volume of orders our company receives. However, due to the extreme situation we are experiencing, several of our suppliers/delivery firms have reduced their staff and although the distribution services are doing their best, orders can be delayed up to 14 days for delivery. We are so sorry about this possible delay but it is due to this very unusual situation.
Please, allow one to three business days for order processing.
Raw Food Delivery
We do not ship frozen raw food Nationwide. If you live within our local delivery area, we can deliver raw food to you. (10 miles from our shop PL7-1AB). Any orders placed for raw products outside of our local delivery area maybe subject to cancelation and refunded without notice.Â
Free Delivery
Free shipping for all orders over £200
We are offering free delivery to local COVID customers (10 miles from shop PL7 -1AB) for customers on the governments COVID-19 vulnerable list or isolated with confirmed coronavirus. If you fall into any of these areas please contact before ordering at pets@redpawpets.co.uk for a free delivery code. We will require a form of proof, when you request a delivery code. (Please note free delivery can not be use in conjunction with any other discounts)
Local Deliveries
Local deliveries (within 10 miles of shop) are made on Thursdays and this includes Raw food orders. (Please note  local orders received after 12 noon on Wednesdays  may not be delivered until the following Thursday) unfortunately we are unable to deliver over weekends or bank holidays.
Local raw pet food delivery service to the Plymouth, Ivybridge and surrounding areas including Brixton, Yealmpton and now Saltash. We also deliver to South Brent, Avonwick, Totnes and Buckfastleigh. Postcodes include PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL12, PL21 (Cornwall – Saltash & Torpoint PL11 & PL12 areas). TQ9, TQ10, TQ11, TQ13
Our Couriers
Shipping is completed via DPD, Royal Mail or DHL for most orders and are collected direct from our shop. Once your order has been collected from us, you will be emailed by either DPD or DHL with a tracking number. The only exception to this is 6kg, 12kg, 15kg & 18kg bags of food which are sent direct from the warehouse.
Our Couriers make collections from us on Monday to Thursdays mornings, any orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be collected Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.
Environmental
We try our best to recycle boxes and packaging, many of our online orders are sent in boxes which have been used before, to do our bit for the environment!
