Local deliveries (within 10 miles of shop) are made on Thursdays and this includes Raw food orders. (Please note local orders received after 12 noon on Wednesdays may not be delivered until the following Thursday) unfortunately we are unable to deliver over weekends or bank holidays.
Raw Food – We offer a raw pet food delivery service to the Plymouth, Ivybridge and surrounding areas including Brixton, Yealmpton and now Saltash. We also deliver to South Brent, Avonwick, Totnes and Buckfastleigh. Postcodes include PL1, PL2, PL3, PL4, PL5, PL6, PL7, PL8, PL9, PL12, PL21 (Cornwall – Saltash & Torpoint PL11 & PL12 areas). TQ9, TQ10, TQ11, TQ13
Please note if you have ordered raw pet food and your postcode is not within our local raw food delivery area, we will cancel your order.
Nationwide deliveries – Please allow up to 7 to 10 working days for delivery of your order. We endeavour to get your parcel to you in less time than this but this allows for us to processes your order and any problems.
Our Couriers make collections from us on Monday to Thursdays mornings, any orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays will be collected Tuesday or Wednesday the following week.
