Redpaw chooses to provide a ‘goodwill’ returns policy offering an exchange or refund for; store bought non-faulty items, unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned include perishable goods such as raw frozen foods, open pet foods, individual natural treats and pick and mix foods.
Terms and Conditions
- Customers have 14 days from purchase to tell us they want a exchange or refund, and must return the item within 14 days.
- A refund will not be offered where the customer knew the goods were damaged when they were purchased, or the goods have been tampered with/customer has tried to fix it themselves.
- If goods are faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement where possible, or refund as above.
- We will refund in cash where possible, or by BACS direct to your bank account within seven working days.
Proof of Purchase
Customer proof of purchase is required for returns e.g. sales receipt or other evidence such as bank statement or Redpaw packaging.
